Brownie APP Ideation Workshop
We collaborated with the Brownie team in a dynamic workshop that brought together various profiles within the company, from the management team to store staff. In this ideation session, we explored and developed innovative concepts for the brand's new APP, ensuring the ideas reflected the needs and perspectives of all organizational levels. The result was a solid foundation for an application that promises to enhance customer experience and strengthen Brownie's digital identity.

User Persona
The creation of User Personas was a meticulous and iterative process aimed at developing detailed profiles representing different segments of the target audience. This approach ensured that in the subsequent APP design we effectively considered various user needs and grounded our efforts in a deep understanding of the target audience.

User Journey
With the customer profiles from our previous exercise in mind, we mapped the journey each profile would follow when facing a specific task.
This process involved imagining and detailing the steps and interactions these customers would likely experience, from their first contact with the task to its completion.
Swot Analysis
We conducted a detailed SWOT analysis to assess the internal and external factors affecting the development and launch of the application. This evaluation helped us better understand our strategic position, allowing us to leverage our strengths, address our weaknesses, capitalize on opportunities, and effectively manage threats during our planning and implementation phases.
MVP Conceptualization
Through a series of structured exercises and brainstorming sessions, we determined which features we considered essential to make the Brownie app outstanding. These features were carefully evaluated and placed in a diagram to prioritize them based on their cost/benefit ratio. This approach enables us to focus on implementing high-impact features first, optimizing resource allocation and maximizing the app’s value for users.
